What you will do

• Lead the operational development and implementation of the Pediatric Translational Neuroscience-Clinical Research Network.
• Build and maintain infrastructure, governance, and processes for a multi-institutional clinical research network.
• Coordinate Steering Committee meetings, governance documents, research proposal reviews, and decision tracking.
• Manage relationships and activities across network members, participating institutions, internal departments, and external collaborators.
• Coordinate budgets, contracts, reports, databases, and tracking tools for network activities and research projects.
• Prepare communications, presentations, executive reports, publications, and program updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, life sciences, public health, business administration, clinical research, neuroscience, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in program management and delivery.
• Experience coordinating complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and institutions.
• Experience with program budget tracking, reporting, risk management, and executive-level communications.
• Experience engaging senior leaders, supporting decision-making, mentoring program management staff, and driving continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Master's degree such as MPH, MBA, MHA, MS, or equivalent.
• Experience in clinical research administration, research operations, healthcare management, clinical networks, consortiums, or multidisciplinary research programs.
