Research & Development - Associate Researcher (Wipes)

Location: WHBC - Winton Hill Bus Center. The role involves hands-on laboratory work, consumer research activities, and national travel to the PS plant in Dover and external consumer research facilities across the country.

Salary: $68,000–$81,000 per year, plus bonus if applicable and benefits.

What you will do

• Conduct hands-on laboratory experiments, technical tests, consumer tests, and established simulations.
• Prepare product prototypes and support consumer research activities.
• Select and use appropriate methods, equipment, and materials for experiments.
• Document and communicate results, unexpected observations, correlations, and recommended next steps.
• Help develop and implement new technical methods, procedures, products, and work-process improvements.
• Manage laboratory supplies, materials, finished products, maintenance, quality assurance, and safety compliance; become eligible to serve as Wipes Lab Owner after onboarding.
