Marketing Internship - Summer 2027 (Powersports)

Location: Plymouth, Minnesota, USA; internship placements may be available at hirify.global locations across the United States. Daily commuting to the assigned office is required.

Salary: $20.50–$28.50 per hour in Minnesota, plus eligibility for overtime.

What you will do

• Complete impactful, project-based marketing assignments aligned with business objectives.
• Support brand and product marketing, including brand and lifestyle marketing, insights, and analytics.
• Contribute to creative and content initiatives across social media, paid media, partnerships, and events.
• Support ecommerce, digital production, process planning, dealer, retail, owner experience, and sales channel initiatives.
• Present creative and practical solutions to a real hirify.global business challenge during the Intern Innovation Challenge.
• Present internship results and career aspirations to senior-level leaders.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Strategic Communications, or a related business field with a marketing emphasis; expected graduation between August 2027 and May 2029.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 and at least two years of university coursework preferred.
• Availability for a full 12-week internship, working 40 hours per week, during one of the specified 2027 date ranges.
• Must be willing and able to relocate within the United States and commute reliably to the assigned office.
• Must be a U.S. person and must not require employment sponsorship now or in the future.
• Previous experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word.

• Previous internship, co-op, or relevant project experience.
• Strengths in analysis, creative problem-solving, communication, interpersonal relationships, self-motivation, and leadership.
• Leadership experience in work, organizations, or coursework.

Hiring process

• Applications are reviewed from August through November, followed by an initial phone screen for shortlisted candidates.
• Selected candidates participate in a virtual panel interview with an HR business partner and functional leader.
• Internship assignments are communicated in February after alignment with interests and business demand.
