EHS Environmental Engineer New College Grad (Bachelors - Multiple Locations)

Salary: $65,500–$90,000 per year

What you will do

• Implement EH&S programs and safety support for projects in accordance with company policies and government regulations.
• Coordinate safety activities across operations, engineering, customers, and external organizations.
• Develop and implement programs that reduce risks to employees, customers, products, facilities, and the environment.
• Evaluate compliance of products, programs, and facilities against company and governmental requirements.
• Investigate accidents, define corrective action programs, and prepare periodic and special reports.
• Deliver safety information and awareness programs while communicating with corporate and site EH&S teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; suitable for a new college graduate.
• Conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within an engineering or EH&S discipline.
• Ability to analyze standard information and procedures, make judgments, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in clean-room environments and use required personal protective equipment, including coveralls, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, and face shields.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, lift, work in tight spaces, distinguish colors, tolerate workplace noise, and use hand and power tools.
