Sr. Analyst, IT (Microsoft Entra and Intune)

Location: Dana Point, California, United States; hybrid work with a minimum of 3 days per week in the Dana Point office; ability to travel up to 25%.

What you will do

• Provide end-user IT support, resolve hardware, software, peripheral, and network connectivity issues, and administer helpdesk tickets.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding for employees and contractors, user accounts, system updates, and security configurations.
• Support IT project planning, technology implementations, system upgrades, and vendor coordination.
• Create and maintain IT standard operating procedures, process documentation, knowledge articles, FAQs, and end-user guides.
• Enforce cybersecurity policies, manage security certifications and data access, and monitor security alerts.
• Administer and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, access points, wireless networks, VLAN segmentation, cabling, network closets, and office deployments.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience with network administration, security configurations, firewalls, switches, access points, wireless performance, and VLAN segmentation.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra identity protection, access reviews, conditional access, audit logs, sign-in reports, and Intune endpoint and compliance management.
• Must be able to work in the Dana Point, California office at least 3 days per week and be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with CrowdStrike, Asana, Smartsheet, PatchMyPC, Cisco Meraki, project management, and vendor relations.
• Experience supporting video conferencing and AV equipment.
