Director of Program Management - Integration & Deployment Lead

What you will do

• Direct planning, resourcing, contract execution, and governance for high-visibility programs valued at $10M or more.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing program team.
• Manage profit and loss, financial risk, EAC and ETC tracking, and program budgets.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for COTRs and government stakeholders.
• Lead capture, proposal responses, partnerships, technical roadmapping, and pipeline growth initiatives.
• Direct technical validation, operational testing, user acceptance testing, performance assessment, deployment readiness, and device deployments.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance required.
• 12+ years of experience in program management, technical management, or systems engineering in the defense and intelligence sector.
• Experience hardening research prototypes into production-ready, supportable operational solutions.
• Experience leading full-lifecycle capture and proposal efforts and managing $10M+ program portfolios.
• Knowledge of reverse engineering, embedded systems, vulnerability research, and AI evaluation frameworks and tools.
• Experience with profit/loss responsibility and EAC/ETC financial governance.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with RF deployments, IoT device security, technical validation, user acceptance testing, and deployment readiness.
• PMP certification or an advanced technical degree in engineering or computer science.
