Texas A&M University Health Science Center is an academic health center conducting health research, education, and team-based clinical care.

What you will do

• Support the design, planning, and coordination of experiments for research projects.
• Apply routine research techniques, record data, analyze results, and prepare technical evaluations.
• Install, operate, and potentially repair research equipment.
• Prepare funding proposals, reports, invoices, financial records, and cataloging documentation.
• Maintain study records, data files, regulatory documents, inventories, and research supplies.
• Support undergraduate and graduate students and collaborate with researchers, clinicians, sponsors, and other research staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, multitasking, and collaboration skills.
• Availability to work weekends or outside normal hours when required.
• Ability to travel as required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, mental health, or a related field.
• At least one year of relevant research or clinical experience.
• Experience with Excel, database data entry, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, RedCap, or EPIC.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and database management.
