ASE Automotive Technician - Up to $10,000 Sign On Bonus

Location: New Kent, Virginia, United States; onsite at 16749 Weir Creek Blvd, West Point

Hourly rate: $23.28–$41.94. New external hires may qualify for a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 based on experience.

What you will do

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and recondition vehicles to meet quality and safety standards.
• Repair vehicle systems including engines, brakes, steering, suspension, and HVAC.
• Work on domestic and foreign vehicles and collaborate with a skilled technical team.
• Follow environmental, health, and safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area while supporting customer satisfaction and trust.

Requirements

• Experience with engine repair, steering and suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems as required by the role.
• Strong understanding of health and safety compliance.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a valid driver’s license.
• ASE certifications in relevant areas may be required by state or local law, including engine repair, brakes, steering and suspension, HVAC, electrical, drivetrain, engine performance, and automatic transmission.
