Location: Onsite in Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA; candidates must be located in Wisconsin.

What you will do
- Analyze structured and unstructured data using statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, and data mining.
- Develop and analyze data to support enterprise transformation initiatives and AI use cases.
- Clean, organize, consolidate, query, merge, and extract data across sources to support analytics and routine data refreshes.
- Translate business requirements into data needs, collection methods, custom data models, pipelines, and algorithms.
- Produce actionable insights, recommendations, progress reports, documentation, and user support.
- Collaborate with business functional teams and support less experienced analysts and end users.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of work experience in mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
- Ability to write complex SQL queries and work with relational databases and data structures.
- Experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, data transformation, and data visualization.
- Strong analytical, communication, organization, presentation, and project management skills, including communication with executive-level audiences.
- Ability to work independently, simplify complex findings, and develop practical solutions.
Nice to have
- Experience with MySQL and statistical tools such as MATLAB, Minitab, SPSS, or R.
- Experience using statistical analysis languages such as R, Python, or SQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Experience building agents with Microsoft Copilot or similar solution paths.
