Associate Account Manager (CPG Marketing)

Location: New York, NY, United States. Hybrid schedule with teams in the office an average of four days per week.

Salary: $35,000–$60,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Support day-to-day activities and creative execution for integrated campaigns supporting a global CPG product launch.
• Serve as a client liaison, build client relationships, and provide responsive coordination and counsel.
• Prepare and update creative briefs, estimates, timelines, media plans, status reports, and conference reports.
• Collaborate with creative, project management, production, and media teams to develop marketing programs and solutions.
• Organize client presentations, meetings, and calls while coordinating agendas and supporting materials.
• Review creative work, track project status, interpret program results, and help recommend campaign improvements.

Requirements

• 0–1 years of advertising agency experience or equivalent internship experience.
• Knowledge of and interest in CPG marketing and 360 integrated campaigns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with teams, departments, vendors, and clients.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and professionalism.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.
