VPC Project Manager Supervisor (Construction)

Location: Onsite construction operations; compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws is required.

What you will do

• Lead the VPC Project Management Team and oversee delivery of the VPC project and program portfolio.
• Plan, execute, and close programs while maintaining safety, quality, customer, and financial requirements.
• Allocate Project Managers to projects and provide resources, coaching, education, and technical support.
• Coordinate communication among Project Managers, field teams, estimating, safety, quality, clients, and other internal functions.
• Manage client and subcontractor relationships, including performance management and project issue escalation.
• Monitor cost forecasting, reporting, construction changes, safety issues, and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
• Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to comply with construction safety plans, project lifecycle procedures, and applicable laws.
