Industrial Engineer III (Lean Six Sigma)

Location: Kulpsville, Pennsylvania, United States. Onsite manufacturing environment. U.S. Person status is required for authorized access to ITAR-controlled data.

What you will do

• Lead analysis of production systems, including OEE, throughput, cycle time, yield, and cost, to identify inefficiencies and constraints.
• Perform regression, hypothesis testing, DOE, capability analysis, and root-cause validation using production data.
• Develop capacity planning, bottleneck analysis, throughput optimization, labor, and performance models.
• Design and optimize value streams through line balancing, takt-based flow, facility layout, and material-flow improvements.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects, Kaizen events, and Value Stream Mapping sessions focused on cost, quality, scrap, lead time, and productivity.
• Coach engineers, continuous improvement leads, and process owners while partnering with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required.
• 6–10 years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or continuous improvement.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Six Sigma, DMAIC, DOE, line balancing, time studies, capacity modeling, and throughput analysis.
• Advanced proficiency with Minitab or equivalent statistical tools and production performance systems such as OEE, SPC, ERP, or MES.
• U.S. Person status is required under applicable ITAR regulations.
