Lead Compliance Analyst (Asset Management)

Location: Hybrid schedule required in the Denver, Baltimore, or Cedar Rapids, Iowa offices.

Salary: $98,000–$105,000 annually, plus potential annual bonus.

What you will do

• Contribute to quarterly and annual chief compliance officer reporting.
• Support mutual fund anti-money laundering and email supervision programs.
• Review adviser and fund marketing materials, intermediary due diligence questionnaires, and proposal requests.
• Oversee service providers and implement policies and procedures for funds and asset management products.
• Participate in issue-resolution teams, governance committees, and compliance improvement projects.
• Build relationships with internal partners, sub-advisers, and key service providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree, professional designation, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of progressive mutual fund and investment adviser compliance experience.
• Knowledge of the Investment Company Act, Investment Advisers Act, and associated rules and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, critical-thinking, problem-solving, analytical, interpretive, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Office 365.

Nice to have

• Securities or compliance designations.
• Advertising and marketing review experience.
• Exposure to ETFs, separately managed accounts, private funds, and investment adviser codes of ethics.
• Experience applying AI tools to business use cases.
