Investment Compliance Analyst (Fixed Income)

Location: Pasadena, California, United States of America; hybrid

Salary: $78,800–$92,600 per year, plus potential bonuses, incentive packages, and company-sponsored benefits.

What you will do

• Monitor assigned portfolios daily for compliance with client guidelines, internal policies, and regulations.
• Review trading activity and identify potential compliance issues.
• Partner with portfolio managers on pre-trade analysis and what-if scenarios for proposed strategies.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly portfolio compliance reviews.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers and client service colleagues to resolve compliance issues.
• Support the transition from the current compliance system to Aladdin.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of fixed-income securities and previous experience in the securities industry.
• Strong attention to detail, written documentation, and research skills.
• Ability to interpret written guidelines and legal documents.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software applications, with the ability to learn new technologies.
• Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
