TL;DR
Workday Integration Developer (Workday/PECI/Studio): Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Workday integrations that connect HR, payroll, benefits, identity, and other enterprise platforms with an accent on data integrity, security, and scalable integration architecture. Focus on implementing payroll integrations, debugging complex issues, supporting platform upgrades, and maintaining SSO, tenant refreshes, and certificates.
Location: Ahmedabad - Venus Stratum GCC, India; onsite role

What you will do
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using PECI, RaaS, EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and REST/SOAP web services.
- Partner with HR, payroll, benefits, identity, timekeeping, travel and expense, procurement, and IT teams to define requirements and integration solutions.
- Perform impact analysis and regression testing for Workday and integrated-application upgrades.
- Maintain data integrity while following Workday security, compliance, and integration best practices.
- Collaborate with implementation partners, AMS support, and the Workday product team, while maintaining technical documentation and process workflows.
- Maintain the Workday platform, including SSO setup, tenant refreshes, and certificate updates; evaluate new releases and recommend optimizations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Workday integration developer.
- Hands-on experience with Workday PECI, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, web services, and XML/XSLT transformations.
- Experience with Workday reporting, security configuration, HCM, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, compensation, and payroll integrations using PECI templates.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills for working with business and technical teams.
- Experience with data privacy regulations, IT SOX compliance, audit processes, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience leading junior integration developers and third-party implementation teams, with a track record of building scalable integration systems.
