Location: Pepperell, Massachusetts, United States; onsite Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

What you will do

• Provide comprehensive family medicine care to a diverse patient population.
• Assess patients, make diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
• Work independently while collaborating with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other care professionals.
• Provide care during 32–36 patient hours per week plus administrative hours.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in nursing.
• At least 2 years of family medicine experience.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment-planning skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with EPIC EMR.
