Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Penang, Malaysia; onsite manufacturing role

What you will do

• Set daily, weekly, and monthly production objectives and communicate them to employees.
• Organize shift workflows by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
• Monitor shift efficiency and adjust staffing or operating arrangements when necessary.
• Supervise, coach, and monitor employees to maintain smooth and effective manufacturing operations.
• Optimize day-to-day activities while controlling costs.
• Ensure safe equipment use, schedule regular maintenance, train new employees, and enforce safety guidelines.

Requirements

• SPM, diploma, or higher qualification in a related field.
• Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on commitment to completing operational work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to direct and coordinate operations.
• Must comply with applicable export control requirements; access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to US citizens and US permanent residents.
