Location: New York, NY; in-person, with work in the office at least four days per week

Base salary: $76,450–$83,400 per year

What you will do

• Support HR programs, processes, and initiatives across HR Business Partnering, Compensation, and Talent & Performance Management.
• Partner with HR colleagues and business stakeholders to deliver people-focused solutions for client groups.
• Analyze workforce and HR data to identify insights, support decisions, and assess program effectiveness.
• Assist with compensation, talent and performance, workforce planning, and employee engagement activities.
• Contribute to HR projects and cross-functional workstreams supporting business priorities.
• Support consistent HR practices and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed by June 2027; an unofficial transcript is required with the application.
• Available to start the program on July 26, 2027.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment.
• Analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to collaborate, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced team environment.

Nice to have

• Studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Organizational Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of HR practices, policies, employment-related laws, and regulations.
• Interest in workforce data, HR Business Partnering, Compensation, or Talent & Performance Management.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and interest in HR information systems and talent management technologies.
