Salary: $55,000–$72,000 per year for Research Associate I; $63,000–$80,000 per year for Research Associate II. The final salary and level may vary based on qualifications and experience.

What you will do

• Perform testing and method qualification of biotherapeutic samples using HPLC, SDS-PAGE, SDS-CGE, ELISA, UV-Vis, and other biophysical methods.
• Execute experimental protocols, analyze data, and interpret scientific results.
• Document findings in technical reports and electronic laboratory notebooks.
• Troubleshoot experiments and support process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Present findings to internal teams and clients while contributing to team-based problem solving.
• Handle, label, and dispose of chemicals and hazardous materials properly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field is required.
• Research Associate I: 0+ years of experience.
• Research Associate II: 2+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 0+ years with a master’s degree.
• Hands-on laboratory experience with analytical techniques and strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot experiments and communicate findings through technical writing and presentations.
• Approximately 75% laboratory-based work and 25% data analysis and documentation, including standing, walking, and desk-based work.
