What you will do
- Analyze management information and regional business results, providing financial modeling support for business decisions.
- Coordinate monthly forecasting and variance analysis across volume, revenue, variable costs, and variable margin.
- Conduct customer, product, and regional margin outlier and trend analysis, and prepare materials for management reviews.
- Support annual budgeting, scenario analysis, and budget review sessions for regional financial metrics.
- Prepare net working capital forecasts and collaborate with cross-functional teams on cash flow optimization and continuous improvement.
- Build and enhance finance dashboards and provide pricing, margin impact, and ad hoc financial analysis.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance or Accounting, or an MBA with a Finance emphasis.
- Minimum five years of experience in a financial analyst capacity.
- Working knowledge of financial principles, financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power Query, and other analytical tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust across the organization.
