What you will do
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and prescribers to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Increase market awareness and deliver sales messages for cardiovascular brands through face-to-face and virtual engagement.
- Identify unmet customer needs and convert them into opportunities using sales tactics.
- Develop and implement territory and key account plans with the Associate Sales Manager and stakeholders.
- Gather competitive information and follow through on customer commitments and requests.
- Record customer activity in the CRM system and keep customer profiles up to date.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 4 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Strong communication, selling, product knowledge, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort with technology and virtual customer engagement.
Nice to have
- Sales experience in cardiology or endocrinology.
- Local market knowledge.
- Key account management experience.
- Private hospital sales experience.
