What you will do

• Onboard new SMB retail partners to the hirify.global platform.
• Build and update digital product catalogs.
• Train partners to use the platform effectively.
• Troubleshoot partner issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.
• Monitor key performance indicators and help partners improve their results.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and sales teams to support partner success.

Requirements

• Proven experience making sales and closing deals.
• Approximately one year of experience in onboarding, customer support, or retail operations, executing workflows end to end and meeting SLAs.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Hungarian.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, adaptable, and comfortable in a high-performance environment.
• Tech-savvy, able to learn new systems, troubleshoot basic issues, and escalate complex problems appropriately.
