Service Program Manager - Seattle, WA (Healthcare Service Operations): Managing service programs for key healthcare accounts, including service requests, vendor resources, budgets, risks, and performance metrics with an accent on customer relationships, operational execution, and regulatory compliance. Focus on coordinating complex healthcare service delivery, monitoring program quality and financial performance, and driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Location: Onsite in Seattle, Washington; remote work is also stated in the conditions. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

What you will do

  • Oversee preventative and corrective service request processes for assigned healthcare accounts.
  • Coordinate with service delivery teams, vendors, internal functions, and external healthcare partners.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and maintain alignment on service activities and customer expectations.
  • Coordinate critical priorities, program scope, schedules, resources, risks, and operational changes.
  • Monitor service metrics, identify deviations, facilitate corrective actions, and ensure deliverable quality.
  • Develop and manage program budgets, track expenditures, and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare-related experience.
  • Experience with service operations in complex healthcare systems.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 standards.
  • Experience managing customer and supplier relationships and developing operational strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OneNote, and Outlook.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.

  • Experience developing operational strategies for OEM or ISO environments.
