hirify.global Integrated Solutions LLC employs personnel to assemble and integrate electrical and mechanical hardware.

What you will do

• Assemble electrical and mechanical kits containing components, fasteners, wires, connectors, washers, and spacers.
• Build wire harnesses and cable assemblies using hand tools, torque drivers, wrenches, and Go/No-Go gauges.
• Integrate electrical and mechanical components into composite and metal assemblies according to drawings, specifications, schematics, and instructions.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex assemblies with minimal supervision.
• Review bills of material, revisions, quantities, part descriptions, dimensions, and workmanship requirements.
• Record data, complete forms, verify counts, and communicate issues with supervisors and management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or trade school graduation with 5–10 years of technical experience in aerospace, military, defense, manufacturing, assembly, or a similar field.
• Hands-on soldering and harness assembly experience to IPC-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3 specifications.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, part numbers, assembly instructions, schematics, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to work independently, follow processes, multitask, use computers, and enter data accurately.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Must pass drug and background screening.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as an assembler or apprentice.
• Background in aerospace, aviation, defense, military, or Army environments.
• Ability to instruct coworkers on job training and fabrication setups.
