UX Analyst Intern

Location: Knoxville, Tennessee, United States

Salary: $18 per hour; paid internship for 8.5 weeks, from September 23, 2026 to November 20, 2026, up to 25 hours per week.

What you will do

• Conduct website audits covering usability, content quality, accessibility, and SEO opportunities.
• Contribute to weekly or monthly performance updates and reporting.
• Identify and document functional, aesthetic, and rendering issues before launch.
• Collaborate with teammates to implement quality assurance and testing fixes.
• Handle additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Prior work or life experience in a relevant field, current enrollment as a senior in a bachelor's program, or recent graduation in media, marketing, advertising, or a similar field; a degree is not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proficiency in a Mac environment and experience with Google Suite.
• Ability to work in a flexible, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
