Senior Project Manager (Advertising)

Location: Atlanta, GA or Knoxville, TN; remote employees must be based in the United States

What you will do

• Manage large, multifaceted brand and social projects for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate account, creative, social, video, and digital teams on schedules, milestones, and delivery dates.
• Prioritize resources and manage project timing, scope, budgets, approvals, and deadlines.
• Lead status meetings, track workflows, identify issues, and expedite processes when needed.
• Estimate internal and external project costs, manage vendor bids, and coordinate outside vendors.
• Support creative production recommendations and work with Business Affairs on legal issues.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in project management and print production within an advertising agency.
• Knowledge of marketing, social, design, print, video, television, radio, and digital development processes.
• Strong proofing skills and close attention to visual details.
• Experience with Mac-based applications.
• Experience managing print and television production.
• Remote employees must be based in the United States.

• Experience with NetSuite project management software.
