What you will do

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate nursing care to adolescent and adult progressive care patients.
• Assess patient needs, establish care goals, and implement priority-based nursing interventions.
• Integrate patient values, evidence-based practice, and best practices into care delivery.
• Engage patients and families in treatment and care decisions.
• Communicate effectively with the care team and work within the RN scope of practice.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school with an ASN or BSN.
• Active Registered Nurse license in New Hampshire required.
• At least 2 years of RN cardiac telemetry experience required.
• Two or more years of progressive care or critical care RN experience preferred.
