Strategic Finance Internship (m/f/d)

Location: Schwalbach am Taunus, with full flexibility to work at P&G sites across DACH, including Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Salary: €2,600 per month; salary is adjusted by country when starting in Switzerland.

What you will do

• Join a multifunctional Finance team and contribute to business development and decision-making.
• Analyze key competitors and current market issues, including discounters, e-commerce, competition, and customer reality.
• Support new product launches and related commercial initiatives.
• Improve cost competitiveness for manufacturing activities.
• Own an independent project and take responsibility for its success from Day 1.
• Collaborate with colleagues in Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Product Supply, and IT.

Requirements

• Master’s student with strong academic results.
• Availability for a 3–6 month internship.
• Full location flexibility across DACH sites is required.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a passion for Finance and drive for leadership.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and demonstrate creativity, innovation, and initiative.
• Proficient German and English at a minimum C1 level.

• Previous short-term work experience, internships, or studies abroad.
