Admissions RN - House Support - Per Diem

What you will do

• Coordinate admissions for patients arriving from the Emergency Department or the community.
• Collaborate with inpatient providers, primary nurses, nursing supervisors, other disciplines, and inpatient units.
• Ensure an efficient admission process and smooth patient throughput.
• Provide comprehensive, compassionate, patient-centered nursing care.
• Support patient transport between units and follow admission protocols.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Nursing; a BSN is preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse license in New Hampshire or a compact state.
• At least two years of experience in acute care clinical areas.
• Clinical experience in cardiac telemetry.
• Understanding of patient transport and admission protocols.
• Previous Admission Nurse experience is highly preferred.
