What you will do

• Design and analyze electrical systems for oil, gas, water, and industrial facilities.
• Develop electrical plans and perform load calculations for power distribution, motor controls, instrumentation, and safety systems.
• Review electrical one-lines, schematics, wiring diagrams, and construction documents.
• Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of MCCs, VFDs, transformers, switchgear, and control systems.
• Apply NEC, IEEE, NFPA, and industry-specific standards to deliver safe and reliable designs across project sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• At least 5 years of experience.
• Experience designing electrical systems for oil and gas, water treatment, or industrial facilities.
• Experience with power systems, including solar, renewable energy, power grids, or substations.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, electrical design software, and power system analysis tools such as SKM or ETAP.
