District Manager - Stack

Location: Tampa, Florida, United States; on-site and field-based work with local and out-of-town travel, including overnight stays

Salary: $110,000–$135,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage, mentor, train, and develop Stack Project Managers while supporting team growth, retention, recruiting, and morale.
• Oversee the technical, financial, and administrative delivery of stationary source testing programs and projects.
• Assess client goals, regulatory requirements, and data to prepare technical proposals, test plans, and technical reports.
• Analyze and interpret source testing data, permits, and emissions-related information.
• Coordinate project timelines, allocate resources, manage budgets and project costs, and monitor delivery requirements.
• Review time sheets and expenses, conduct performance reviews, support local compliance initiatives, and lead office safety training.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of stack or source testing experience.
• Extensive knowledge of EPA source test methods, procedures, air quality, emissions monitoring, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Experience managing client relationships, projects, budgets, project costs, and cost-center P&L.
• Ability to travel locally and out of town with overnight stays, work independently, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Valid driver’s license, high school diploma or equivalent, and ability to pass background checks and initial and random drug screening.
• Ability to work outdoors in industrial settings, climb elevated platforms 50–300 feet, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in extreme weather conditions.
