Manager, Comissioning & Coordination (Data Center)

Location: Santa Teresa, New Mexico, United States. Domestic travel of 15–25% is required. Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Compensation: $133,000–$154,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the validation and commissioning of data centers through Ready For Service and client-ready delivery.
• Act as a safety leader and enforce commissioning, security, compliance, and continuous-improvement practices.
• Develop commissioning plans, acceptance tests, scripts, and Integrated Systems Testing through completion.
• Coordinate delivery with project management, Development, Critical Operations, contractors, architects, and engineers.
• Lead project closeout, capture lessons learned, and incorporate improvements into design standards and future projects.
• Standardize and automate Ready For Service processes, validate infrastructure asset information, and support Critical Operations emergencies when needed.

Requirements

• Data center experience is required.
• 5+ years of experience in critical facility construction, commissioning, and operations.
• 5+ years of experience solving complex critical technical and procedural issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline or applicable equivalent experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in stressful situations.
• Eligibility to work in the United States and successful completion of a comprehensive background screening.

• Substantial project management experience.
