Senior Program Security Manager (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Provide security management and oversight across information, personnel, industrial, physical, operational, system, technology control, and communication security.
• Support security activities throughout the planning, acquisition, development, production, and sustainment phases of weapon systems.
• Develop program protection and system security inputs for acquisition documents, including SOWs, SRDs, CONOPS, LCMPs/LCSPs, SCGs, and DD Forms 254.
• Conduct security studies and analyses, identify alternative solutions, provide recommendations, and prepare reports, briefings, and classified or unclassified presentations.
• Support personnel security investigations, clearance tracking, classified material handling, and the protection of critical program information.
• Participate in integrated product teams and provide Systems Integrity process expertise to the F-15 Division.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of full-time DoD security experience, including program office, enterprise, or staff-level support, plus a relevant bachelor's degree.
• Alternatively, a master's degree with 12 years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree with 15 years of relevant experience, or 20 years of directly related experience with required certifications.
• Required experience includes at least five years performing DoD security functions under the applicable education and experience pathways.
• Advanced knowledge of DoD and Air Force acquisition regulations, guidelines, and processes.
• Ability to provide expert technical or professional guidance and oversee junior and journeyman personnel.
• Ability to work in secure government facilities at Wright-Patterson AFB, including performing security checks and responding to facility alarms.

Nice to have

• DSS Security Asset Protection Professional Certification.
• ASIS International Certified Protection Professional certification.
• Experience providing security oversight for F-15 Division programs and integrating security best practices across program areas.
