Press Brake Operator, $2,000 Sign-on Bonus - Ventrac

Location: Orrville, Ohio, United States; onsite, second shift Monday–Thursday, 3:00 p.m.–1:30 a.m., with overtime as needed

Salary: $21–$25 per hour, depending on experience; $2,000 sign-on bonus for new hires

Ventrac is a division of The Toro Company producing equipment for turf and landscape management, sidewalk snow removal, and specialty grounds care.

What you will do

• Operate a press brake and other work centers within the fabrication department.
• Use mechanical ability and spatial recognition to produce complex shapes.
• Adjust and clean equipment to produce consistent, accurate parts.
• Collaborate with production colleagues to meet department goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Use measuring instruments including protractors, tape measures, digital calipers, and micrometers.
• Read and understand established procedures, detailed work instructions, and CAD drawings.
• Lift at least 40 pounds occasionally and bend, squat, walk, or stand for extended periods.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education with relevant work experience.

Nice to have

• At least one year of fabrication experience.
• Experience with press brake operations and CNC.
