Senior Colleague Technical Consultant (Ellucian Colleague/Data Conversion)

What you will do

• Support the implementation of hirify.global Colleague ERP solutions for higher education clients.
• Meet with customers, maintain communication, and deliver professional technical services.
• Guide clients through conversion of legacy data to Colleague.
• Provide programming, analysis, end-user support, and software update packaging and installation.
• Deliver customer-facing training and presentations while collaborating with consultants and managing multiple projects.
• Promote use of the Solution Center, product documentation, and Communities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hirify.global experience in a customer-facing Colleague software environment.
• Experience with programming, analysis, end-user support, and legacy data conversion for Colleague.
• Knowledge of UniBasic, UniQuery, Envision, Colleague Electronic File Transfers (ELF), and basic SQL.
• Understanding of data import and export concepts and basic system administration.
• Effective communication, training, presentation, prioritization, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented project environment, take ownership, research issues through the customer support center, and meet deadlines.
