Research Analyst, Expert Witness Services (Legal Research)

Location: Milwaukee, WI, USA; hybrid work from the Milwaukee office. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST.

What you will do

• Manage multiple litigation-related cases with varying deadlines and research each matter’s requirements.
• Identify, contact, and expand a network of expert professionals.
• Conduct phone and email outreach to screen expert witness candidates and assess their qualifications.
• Prepare researched, vetted expert recommendations aligned with attorneys’ litigation strategies.
• Build relationships with experts, explain the service process, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support consistent service delivery and client outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone communication with experts and attorneys.
• Critical thinking and attention to detail when assessing credentials and case requirements.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and able to multitask and work autonomously.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a commitment to high performance.
• Comfort with cloud-based tools such as Salesforce and the ability to adapt to new technology.
• A bachelor’s degree in a research-focused major is beneficial but not required.

Nice to have

• Corporate internship or relevant professional experience.
• Prior customer service, research, or consulting experience.
