Corporate Paralegal/Risk Analyst

Location: Atlanta, GA, USA; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Prepare, gather, and summarize materials for attorneys and perform delegated substantive legal work.
• Maintain corporate records, resolutions, board changes, minutes, filings, and signature workflows.
• Review contracts, insurance requirements, payment and performance bonds, and operational agreements.
• Monitor risk-transfer and mitigation strategies and report compliance to stakeholders.
• Manage claim and incident intake, including contract and insurance policy reviews and recommendations.
• Support corporate entity formations, policy and template development, transactions, special projects, and contract-review archiving.

Requirements

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least two years of relevant experience, preferably in engineering and construction.
• Ability to analyze financial data, insurance policies, and contract documents.
• Experience supporting engineering and construction disputes and litigation.
• Strong communication, organization, research, and report-generation skills.
• Experience using legal database software.

Nice to have

• Paralegal certification.
• Knowledge of the engineering and construction industry.
