Pressure Test Operator - 1st & 2nd Shift Available

Location: 93 Lexington Drive, Laconia, New Hampshire, United States; onsite, with 1st and 2nd shift schedules available.

What you will do

• Perform visual and dimensional checks on materials, assemblies, tube details, components, and finished products.
• Inspect and test parts and assemblies for conformance to blueprints, customer instructions, and company operating requirements.
• Select appropriate fittings, feeds, and caps for each pressure test.
• Lift, position, connect, disconnect, and remove work pieces from the pressure test tank.
• Conduct tests according to specified PSI and time limits, using tank interlocks and safety mechanisms.
• Observe test results for bubble formation, seepage, and water droplets.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One to three months of related experience or training is acceptable.
• Ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, and hear throughout the workday.
• Ability to frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable, regular, and punctual attendance is required.
• For the 2nd shift, availability to train on the 1st shift is required.
