EMEA Transportation Specialist (Logistics)

Location: Riga, Latvia; hybrid schedule with 3 days on site and 2 days working from home. Working hours: 9:00–17:30.

Salary: €1,350–€1,800 gross per month, plus a monthly allowance and yearly bonus.

What you will do

• Book trucks for loadings at plants and warehouses according to carrier agreements.
• Manage the smooth and timely execution of product deliveries.
• Coordinate carrier operations and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Resolve unexpected delivery issues and handle escalations.
• Inform relevant teams about deviations from the original delivery plan.
• Ensure transportation providers meet agreed prices, conditions, and service-quality standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in transportation or logistics is an advantage.
• Excellent service orientation toward internal and external customers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and coordinate activities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent English required.
