Supervisor, Global Accounts Payable

Location: Atlanta Support Center, onsite 4 days per week

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Accounts Payable professionals while setting goals, expectations, and accountability measures.
• Oversee the full Accounts Payable lifecycle, including invoice processing, payment disbursements, supplier support, and reporting.
• Manage ACH, wire, check, and virtual card payments.
• Ensure compliance with SOX requirements, segregation of duties, and company financial controls.
• Oversee annual 1099 reporting and unclaimed property processes, and support internal and external audits.
• Monitor KPIs and service levels and implement improvements that strengthen efficiency, controls, and stakeholder service.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience with end-to-end process ownership.
• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience, with demonstrated success developing teams and driving accountability.
• Experience managing payment disbursements, supplier tax compliance, 1099 reporting, and unclaimed property administration.
• Experience operating in a SOX-controlled environment and supporting audit readiness.
• Strong knowledge of AP invoice processing, payment processing, supplier management, workflows, and reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Oracle Cloud or SAP Cloud experience.
