Sr Clinical Solution Specialist (Urology)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States. The role requires travel by air or automobile up to 75% of the time within and outside the state, work in medical facilities, and occasional non-traditional hours for in-services.

Salary: $92,000–$138,000 annual, plus bonus and/or incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Provide clinical support to healthcare customers and sales representatives on clinical products and services.
• Visit prospective and existing clinical customers within the assigned territory to expand and retain business.
• Support product conversions, implementations, and value-added programs at local, national, and corporate account levels.
• Conduct discovery assessments, data analysis, quality investigations, waste assessments, and clinical observations.
• Recommend improvements in clinical practice, utilization, standardization, and specialty-area programs.
• Build customer proposals and strategic relationships, and participate in professional organizations and industry events.

Requirements

• RN nursing bachelor's degree or surgical technician certification.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience.
• Experience with external catheters.
• Ability to analyze and report data, identify trends and issues, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines.
• Experience developing and delivering presentations to varied audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Med-Surg, Telemetry, ICU, or Emergency Department experience.
