What you will do
- Lead strategic planning and system-wide integration for Urology, Urogynecology, and Urologic Oncology Services.
- Provide administrative oversight of departments and programs, including staffing, patient access, clinical workflow, provider productivity, and resource utilization.
- Develop and manage operational and capital budgets, resource plans, facilities planning, and revenue improvement initiatives.
- Advance evidence-based care, quality and safety programs, patient and family experience, and regulatory compliance across the service line.
- Identify growth opportunities, strategic partnerships, new programs, emerging technologies, and digital health initiatives.
- Collaborate with physician, nursing, finance, analytics, human resources, governance, and external partner stakeholders.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or doctorate in nursing, healthcare administration, business, public health, or a related healthcare field.
- Five to seven years of experience in clinical areas and five to seven years of leadership experience.
- Experience leading complex care delivery programs and multidisciplinary quality improvement initiatives.
- Background managing budgets, resources, and operational expenses.
- Knowledge of healthcare quality standards, regulatory requirements, accreditation processes, evidence-based practice, and clinical quality metrics.
- Strong collaborative leadership, project management, communication, data analysis, and quality management skills.
Nice to have
- Clinical background and clinical licensure.
- Project management or Lean/Six Sigma certification.
- Professional certification in a clinical or leadership area.
- Experience with ISO documentation and QMS software such as EzTrack.
