Base salary: $70,000–$90,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Support community and brand-specific campaigns with creative leads.
• Create design communications and campaign assets for social platforms and other media.
• Develop presentation, workshop, and creative tools.
• Composite and execute design concepts across social channels.
• Collaborate with creative and cross-functional teams on rapid requests and tight timelines.
• Participate in brainstorms, kickoffs, meetings, and design strategy development.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of design experience creating for digital and social strategies or campaigns.
• Strong typography, design, editing, animation, and execution skills.
• Advanced Photoshop skills and confidence across Adobe Creative Suite programs.
• Understanding of UI/UX and major social media platforms.

Nice to have

• Retouching, color correction, or color grading experience.
• Illustration and video or motion graphics experience.
