Location: Fully onsite at the Lisbon office, Portugal. Relocation support is available.

Salary: €44,000–€55,000 per year.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create graphics, illustrations, infographics, and layouts for web, social media, email campaigns, and print.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Content teams to translate requirements into visual solutions.
• Iterate on designs using stakeholder feedback, user insights, and performance metrics.
• Ensure high-quality output and perform design quality assurance across channels.
• Produce assets in multiple formats using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Around 3 years of experience creating assets for digital marketing, social media, and web.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects and styles.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and design best practices.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, plus Figma.
• Strong communication, time-management, attention-to-detail, and cross-team collaboration skills.
