What you will do

• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create graphics, illustrations, and layouts for web, social media, email, and print.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Content teams to translate requirements into visual solutions.
• Iterate on designs using user insights and performance metrics to refine assets.
• Ensure high-quality output and conduct design QA across various channels.
• Deliver assets in multiple formats using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Around 3 years of experience creating assets for digital marketing, social media, and web.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Solid knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and design best practices.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal for a fully onsite role.
