Data Analyst

Location: Atlanta, GA; hybrid work with a regular in-office presence for client and internal team engagements.

Minimum base compensation: $105,000 annually.

What you will do

• Design and build dashboards and reports using complex SQL, calculated fields, advanced charting, and business intelligence tools.
• Define success metrics, measurement plans, and data requirements for products and features.
• Monitor dashboard and data health, investigate anomalies, and resolve data quality issues.
• Translate client and project goals into data questions, metrics, and actionable recommendations tied to business KPIs.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, marketing, and cross-functional pods on dependencies, roadmaps, and prioritization.
• Develop reusable queries, dashboards, frameworks, documentation, and internal analytics practices while guiding junior analysts.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a data analyst.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, data science, a quantitative or analytical field, or a similar discipline.
• Experience with data warehouses, large datasets, product analysis, statistical analysis, and data reliability.
• Experience with product analytics tools such as GA4, Pendo, or Amplitude, plus SQL and Python.
• Experience with data visualization or observability tools such as Grafana, Datadog, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.

Nice to have

• Ability to test APIs with Postman and curl.
• Experience with agile work management tools such as Jira.
• Experience with app performance analysis, app store optimization, A/B testing, data activation tools, or Databricks.
