Technical Support Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Overland Park, Kansas, United States; onsite. Applicants for U.S.-based positions must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

What you will do

• Provide technical support to hirify.global clients in the post-acute care facilities support team.
• Review, troubleshoot, and document escalated application technical issues.
• Work with engineering and quality assurance teams to identify, debug, test, and resolve client-facing issues.
• Maintain complete Salesforce case records, including investigation steps, client communications, outcomes, next steps, and resolutions.
• Escalate unresolved issues when necessary and maintain ownership through resolution.
• Meet required response and resolution times.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Ability to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
• Ability to follow security policies and safeguard company and client information.
• Ability to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods.
