Senior Pricing Analyst (Power BI)

Location: Kohler, Wisconsin, United States. Hiring is limited to states where hirify.global has an established business presence; remote work is unavailable in Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Maine, North Dakota, Nebraska, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wyoming. Salary: $76,050–$96,050 per year.

What you will do

• Analyze large datasets to identify pricing trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies and models aligned with business goals and market conditions.
• Research industry trends, competitive pricing, and customer preferences, then provide actionable recommendations.
• Build Power BI dashboards and reports and present pricing performance insights to leadership.
• Conduct scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses to evaluate revenue, margin, and profitability impacts.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and product development teams while improving data workflows and pricing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, marketing, statistics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, financial analysis, pricing, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, dashboards, visualization, and best practices.
• Experience with Power Automate or similar tools, custom data models, internal systems, and reporting workflows.
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder influence, data accuracy, consistency, and governance skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with demand forecasting, elasticity modeling, or advanced pricing analytics.
• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce.
