What you will do

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Java-based medical applications.
• Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and help resolve application errors.
• Investigate and resolve user concerns with cross-functional stakeholders, including R&D, DevOps, third parties, Scrum and Delivery teams, and investigation teams.
• Support application maintenance, deployments, service-level agreements, and project milestones.
• Drive automation, continuous improvement, process documentation, and application performance monitoring.
• Perform memory utilization, thread, and transaction analysis.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of overall experience, including 2–3 years of relevant technology experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in an application support organization and Java-based application support.
• Hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, web services, MVC portals, and SQL queries.
• Experience with AWS Cloud, Liferay, MQ Series, Oracle RDBMS, Oracle GoldenGate, Dynatrace, and Splunk.
• Hands-on experience with Linux operating systems, including Red Hat, CentOS, or Ubuntu.
