Fullstack Developer (Hybrid) (TypeScript/Node.js/Next.js): Building a multi-tenant customer communication platform with AI-powered chatbots, real-time messaging, campaign management, and WhatsApp and Telegram integrations with an accent on REST APIs, dashboard development, and scalable data workflows. Focus on designing multi-tenant architectures, implementing background jobs and real-time communication, and managing PostgreSQL schemas and migrations.
Location: Hybrid in Ankara or Istanbul, Turkey

What you will do
- Build and maintain REST APIs using Fastify.
- Develop dashboard features with Next.js App Router and React.
- Manage PostgreSQL schemas, ORM integrations, and database migrations.
- Implement background jobs and workflows with BullMQ, Redis, and worker architectures.
- Build third-party integrations for WhatsApp, Telegram, and other communication channels.
- Participate in code reviews and testing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong TypeScript and Node.js skills.
- Professional experience with Next.js, React, PostgreSQL, and an ORM such as Drizzle or Prisma.
- Understanding of Redis, queue and worker architectures, REST API design, JWT authentication, and multi-tenant systems.
- Experience with Socket.io or similar real-time technologies.
- Familiarity with Docker, Git, and monorepo workflows using pnpm or Turborepo; Turkish is listed as the job language.
