Senior Associate, Private Wealth Client Marketing

Location: Boston, United States; hybrid work arrangement. Up to 18 remote workdays per quarter are available with manager approval.

What you will do

• Build coordinated marketing campaigns aligned with Global Private Wealth fundraising priorities, client acquisition, engagement, and pipeline development.
• Translate inputs from Investor Relations, business leadership, and product marketing into campaign concepts, messaging frameworks, and channel plans.
• Define wealth audience strategies across home office, platform, wirehouse, RIA, private bank, and financial advisor segments.
• Use internal and third-party data for segmentation, audience development, personalization, measurement, and campaign optimization.
• Develop prospect and client lifecycle journeys across email, web, paid media, social, advisor communications, and event-related campaigns.
• Manage campaign materials, timelines, dependencies, workflows, approvals, reporting, and scalable execution processes across regions.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in asset management, alternatives, or financial services.
• Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience.
• Deep familiarity with wealth audiences and the US market, with the ability to apply insights across global markets.
• Experience developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns.
• Analytical, highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable working across regions, teams, and approval processes.
